Terms of Service
Channel Nexus is operated by Above The Stack ("Above The Stack", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Channel Nexus you enter into an agreement with Above The Stack and agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
The service
Channel Nexus is an AI copilot for the IT channel — vendors, MSPs, distributors, VARs, ISVs and consultants — provided by Above The Stack. We use third-party AI providers to answer your questions; outputs are generated and may be inaccurate. Always verify before relying on them for material business decisions.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old and authorized to bind your organization (if applicable). One person per account.
Acceptable use
- No illegal, harmful, or rights-infringing content.
- No reverse-engineering, scraping, or attempts to extract model weights.
- No reselling the service or sharing access with others.
- No uploading personal data of third parties without their consent.
- No abuse of plan limits via multiple free accounts.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Plans and billing
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; you'll keep access until the end of the current period. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated; downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscriptions. Refunds are issued by Paddle, our merchant of record, who retains discretion to issue refunds outside this window in accordance with their Refund Policy. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or email support@channelnexus.org and we'll help you through Paddle.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your billing location.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content (messages, files) you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process that content to operate the service. We don't use your content to train AI models.
Outputs
To the extent permitted by law and the underlying AI provider's terms, you own the outputs the AI generates in response to your prompts. Outputs may not be unique to you and we make no claim to them.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that AI outputs are accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 100. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
You can cancel any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if we're required to by law. On termination your data is deleted within 30 days unless we're legally required to retain it.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence to the extent required by applicable consumer protection law, otherwise by the laws of England and Wales.
